Regain Bladder Control
Find Freedom from Leakage & Incontinence
At The Vagina Docs, we’ve developed a step-by-step proven process to help you regain control over leakage and incontinence, improve bladder health, and empower you to live without the worry of accidents. Our approach is designed to help you regain confidence, restore pelvic function, and live life fully.
Our Proven Process For Resolving Leakage
Release
In this phase, we focus on addressing muscle imbalances, soft tissue restrictions, and any unhealthy habits contributing to your incontinence. Through personalized treatment and education, we release tension in your pelvic floor and other surrounding areas, improving the state of your nervous system so healing can begin.
Reconnect
Once we've addressed restrictions and imbalances, we’ll reconnect you with your body and teach you how to move more optimally. You'll begin practicing core and pelvic floor engagement, and you’ll start to feel more confident as you regain control over your bladder and other pelvic functions.
Rebuild
Now that you have regained control over your pelvic floor, we'll focus on building strength and confidence. Strengthening the muscles responsible for bladder control is key in this phase, allowing you to feel empowered and leak-free in everyday activities and during physical exertion.
